3-session Somatic Personal Coaching “Essentials” Package.
$500 ($55 or 10% savings)
This package is ideal for someone interested in exploring somatic coaching. Three sessions allow a client to solidly experience what somatic personal coaching is and what it can offer, explore key foundational practices, and benefit from body and breathwork (either hands-on or virtual) At the end of three sessions that occur within a two-month period, the client will have crafted a declaration, learned 3-5 somatic practices that support their goals and longings, developed somatic awareness, and cultivated somatic capabilities that foster shift, agency, and new possibilities. Many clients experience somatic opening within three sessions.

10-session Somatic Personal Coaching “Developmental” Package.
$1,500 ($350 or 18% savings)
This package is developmental and cultivates a transformative process. It’s ideal for someone seeking a clear and compelling shift in how they experience self and life. Spanning 6 months, it includes declaring and defining what is becoming embodied, as well as the conditions of satisfaction aimed for at the close that are tended. A full breadth of practices, bodywork, and somatic awareness-building is experienced over that time. Somatic development is progressive, and capabilities grow through continuity and momentum. Packages/sessions are generally non- transferable and non-refundable.
