Three sessions allow you to experience a broad base of many types of bodywork-breathwork, front body and back body work, upper and lower body, and a number of modalities (structural, energy, etc.) In three sessions, clients usually learn a couple of somatic practices to support their shaping as well. Packages expire 2 months from purchase date. Packages/sessions are not transferable or refundable. Payment is made in one lump sum.
