- Details disclosed in sessions are not shared without your explicit consent.
  - If required by law (e.g., reporting abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult, or if there is imminent risk of serious harm).

When contracted by an organization or company to provide services to it’s employees, contractors, or affiliates, it’s important to me to be explicit about what information I do or do not provide or share. This is critical to the quality of the relationships and work I do for them.

-I never provide 360 or leadership assessment data directly to anyone but my clients. I encourage my clients to share this data at a very high-level with their managers or human resource partners to support development and talent management planning. The only exception is when I am working in a group setting and sharing assessment results is part of the contracted work, or when permission has been made explicit.

-I never engage in making specific recommendations about promotion, corrective action, or talent management planning, even when asked to, or when a company is paying for the services of their employees.

-I do not share details of my conversations with clients with others, unless explicitly permissioned.

-When working with teams, groups, and leadership teams, I respect the privacy of individual members and maintain their confidentiality outside of the group environment.

Confidentiality is critical to trust, and trust is critical to supportive relationships that inspire growth. If you have any questions or concerns about what data is shared what whom, do not hesitate to ask about it.
