Finding Your Feet
Hold More, Carry Less, Be Your Own Ground
A 12-week experiential program for cultivating centered presence, inner steadiness, self-trust, connection, clarity, purpose, and ease- no matter what is going on inside and outside of you!
What if LIFE didn’t have to be settled for YOU to be?
Life asks us to hold so much-relationships, responsibilities, uncertainty, loss, decisions, possibilities, concerns for those we love, and a society that feels like it’s unraveling. Sometimes we wonder if we are holding our concerns or if THEY are holding US.
We get caught up in our heads and in everything around us . We lose touch with our own inner compass, our hearts and bodies, and the wisdom we already have. This course explores how to hold the fullness of life without carrying all its weight.
Finding Your Feet is about holding MORE (more life, more energy, more joy, more capacity). It’s also about carrying LESS (less worry, tension, responsibility, and guilt). And most importantly- about knowing what IS and IS NOT yours to carry). It’s about meeting life’s moments with grace. You’ll feel more centered, grounded, and trust yourself more deeply. You’ll learn to move in the world and in your life from what matters-even when everything is falling to pieces or on fire.
This course is for you if:
Feel pulled in too many directions
Carry more responsibility, worry, and overwhelm than serves you
Care for others so much that you lose yourself
Are considering what matters most in this life chapter
Want to feel more grounded in times of uncertainty
Aspire to be more inspired and on purpose
Desire to respond more and react less
Struggle with rumination, self-doubt, and mental noise
Long for more connection, joy, meaning, and ease
Are ready to trust yourself more deeply
Suspect there is wisdom your own body can teach you
You are not a problem that needs solving. You CAN expand your capacity to meet a fuller range of emotions and experiences with clarity, presence, ground, and compassion.
