A first-time bodywork focused session is 90 minutes. If it is your first time, please begin with a single session rather than buying a value package to make sure it is the right fit for you. All bodywork-focused sessions begin with 15-20 minutes of dialogue/somatic coaching. Dress comfortably. You will be sent a questionnaire to complete upon scheduling.
