Reflect, Release, & Renew

A  Workshop to Kick-start 2026

Take the time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Fully honor and finish the year behind you and cultivate intention and inspiration around what is to come.

Flourish in 2026. In the face of whatever it brings.

We weave journaling prompts, group conversation, art/creative vision work, and embodied practice together in this powerful gathering.

This popular restorative workshop is 5 years in the running and gets better and better each year!

This workshop is offered in two formats: In-Person and Virtual.

There are four sections:

1) Reflection and Harvesting of Growth and Learning from 2025

2) Releasing What is No Longer Needed or Wanted

3) Crafting Intention, Focus, & Vision

4) Getting Creative (optional art, music, and celebration time)

Both formats include 2.5 hours of journaling prompt work and dialogue, and both have optional art/creative work at the end (last 30-40 minutes) done in tandem, as well as great tunes and process prompts along the way.

Supplies and treats provided for in-person workshop.
